Personality Traits, Knowledge, Practice and Logistic with Work Performances as Indicator of Youth Productive Malaysian Cocoa Farmers (YPMCF) Well Being

Community wellbeing is depends on individual levels of people who belong to the community and also research purpose interest. Work performance cocoa farmers has played a significant role in contributing production Malaysia since 2006. The low was reported due productivity beans produced by farmers. Productivity 2020 0.19 tonne, which means 38% achieved from expected outcome. Cocoa play roles determining high yield their farm. Youth involvement agriculture sector especially plantation crucial challenge not only but worldwide. To achieve sustainable improvement production, there need find factors that influence existing Productive Malaysian Farmers (YPMCF) performances. Therefore, objectives this article are i) determine level Personality Traits, Knowledge, Practice Logistic work performances ii) relationship between with YPMCF iii) most influential (IVs) toward YPMCF.
